A 25% deposit will be required to confirm your reservation.

On receipt of your reservation request, we will assure the availability of the appartment on the required dates. You will be advised by email in the event that the appartment is available, and you will be invited to make the deposit by PayPal. Payment will be made in euros, without any extra charges on you part.

Paypal offers secure payment and it accepts the following cards : French Carte Bleu, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Aurore, Cofinoga, 4 étoiles.

After payment is received, we will confirm your reservation.

Cancellations must be made at least 31 days before the start of your stay in order for a full refund of your deposit. Full payment for your stay must be made 30 days before the start of your stay or immediately for last minute reservations. Your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited if a) full payment is not received at least 30 days before the beginning of your stay and b) you have not notified us of any cancellation 31 days before. The same will apply even if you cannot come on the date of your stay. In the case that you can not come due to an emergency, please notify us as soon as possible.

The rental of the appartement described on our website www.almido.fr is carried out by the co-proprietors : “BENINGER and PRETET”  as physical persons, according to the statute of non-professional and occasional renters of  principal furnished residences ; exempt of VAT ; prices indicated are all inclusive and cover all taxes and bills (electricity, gas, water). Payments are made to the above mentioned co-proprietors.

Arrival and departure : Collecting the keys will require meeting the owners, telephone +33 951 718 024 ou + 33 661 186 682.

Responsibility : In case of damage to the appartment and/or its contents, a charge covering the cost of the damage will be required.
